Alice Schmidt has spent 22+ years as global sustainability advisor and business consultant and has worked for UN agencies, the European Commission, the African Union, the World Bank and many more. She runs a sustainability consultancy firm and acts as board or jury member for several sustainability institutions. Alice regularly publishes about climate and other sustainability issues.

Fiona began her career focusing on student support in higher education. She worked in the UK, France, Germany before moving to Australia to pursue a Masters in International Development. During her time in Australia, Fiona led an Emergency Services team for the Red Cross to support victims of the 2019 Bushfire season.
