Dr. Olaf Stange is Head of Supplier Decarboninization at Bayer, where he leads the Scope 3 Program within the pharmaceutical supply chain. He has over 19 years of experience in various innovation and procurement roles, including being  Chair of the TfS GHG Scope 3 Work Stream. 

With extensive experience in project implementation in the Global South, cooperation regarding the voluntary carbon market and migration program coordination, her key skills include environmental management, climate projects, and research. Sina Brod’s academic background lies in Sustainability Management and Cultural Sciences. Since February 2024, she leads the Foundation's Research and Consulting division.

Maximilian Droste is Senior Project Manager at amc Group, working on wholistic transformation projects. With a passion for implementation and a robust background in procurement, Maximilian enjoys driving sustainability initiatives and optimizing supply chain processes.

Canan Aktas is an expert in sustainability and procurement, currently serving as Senior Global Sustainability Purchasing Manager at Henkel. Canan has played a pivotal role as Climate Procurement Lead, developing strategies for Henkel’s Net Zero pathway and focused on Scope 3 supplier climate programs.

As Manager for CSR and Sustainable Supply Chain, Tabea Münch is responsible for sustainable supplier management at Atruvia AG, the digitizer for the German coop banks (“Genossenschaftliche FinanzGruppe”). In her role she is also responsible for compliant implementation of LkSG, CSRD and CSDDD as well as corporate decarbonisation. 

 Sven has been working in logistics, as mechanical engineer and in the railway sectors since 1996, focusing on purchasing and supply chain management. His particular expertise lies in sustainable procurement projects as well as the implementation of decarbonization strategies. Since 2021, he advises Europe-wide on the integration of environmental impacts into procurement.

Co-Founder and Chief Climate Officer of The Climate Choice. With extensive experience in the climate tech industry, she previously co-founded MOWEA, worked as a Venture Developer at the Blockchain Company Builder NBT AG, and served as Corporate Accelerator Manager DACH at Climate KIC.

Lena Sophie Engel is the Sustainability Director at TÜV Rheinland, where she leads initiatives focused on sustainability, climate action, and strategic change.  She is also a certified from the "Leading Sustainability: High Impact Leadership" program from the University of Cambridge.

Stefan Unger is responsible for Supply Chain Sustainability at ZEISS, where he focuses on innovative and sustainable manufacturing processes.

His work is focused on significantly contributing to reducing CO2 emissions and improving resource efficiency within the company's supply chain.

Dr. Thomas Schulte is Senior Vice President at BOSCH. Over 20 years, he has held various international operative & strategic roles within supply chain and purchasing. Besides implementing award winning approaches for supply chain sustainability, his focus is set on functional excellence, enabling transition, and solutions for competitive yet resilient supply chains.

Yasha Tarani is the Co-Founder and CEO of The Climate Choice, leading among others the Scope 3 Action Group. With a background in media management and economics, Yasha previously founded the SaaS company resmio, leading it to become a prominent restaurant software provider in Germany.

Dr. Susanne Köhler works at myclimate Deutschland gGmbH, where she supports companies on Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), science-based CO2 targets (SBTi), and climate strategy since 2021. Prior, Susanne gained extensive experience in research, sustainability, and international collaboration.

Virginie Le Barbu is the Global Sustainability Director for International Markets at Lenovo, where she oversees the company's sustainability strategy and ESG framework, spearheading the Lenovo 360 Circle. With over 20 years in IT, she leverages her expertise to integrate sustainability as a strategic business pillar and foster collaboration.

Gunnar Büchter is the Vice President of Global Sustainability and Executive Director of Procurement at Yanfeng Automotive Interiors.

He leads the company's sustainability initiatives, focusing on decarbonization and responsible procurement as part of Yanfeng's commitment to the Science-Based Targets Initiative​.
