We are very happy to have them as sustainability and / or procurement experts and to get practical insights into how to transform companies and decarbonize their supply chains. Together they will highlight best practices and show how business, society and environment can work together - to make Scope 3 Action our Business.
Stefan Rahmstorf is Professor of Ocean Physics at the University of Potsdam and Head of the Earth System Analysis Department at PIK. In 2017, he was the first scientist outside the USA to be awarded the Climate Communication Prize.

Sven has been working in logistics, as mechanical engineer and in the railway sectors since 1996, focusing on purchasing and supply chain management. His particular expertise lies in sustainable procurement projects as well as the implementation of decarbonization strategies. Since 2021, he advises Europe-wide on the integration of environmental impacts into procurement.
